This page explains how to request deletion of the data associated with the Schengen Cal app, published by Qrall Apps.

How to request deletion

Most of your data is already under your direct control, so you can delete it yourself without contacting us:

To request deletion of data held by our service providers (your purchase profile with RevenueCat, and any crash diagnostics), email [email protected] and:

  1. Use the subject line "Data deletion request".
  2. Include your Support ID — find it in the app under Settings → About → Support ID (tap to copy). If you can't open the app, include your store order number from your Google Play purchase receipt instead, so we can locate your records.

What is deleted, and what is kept

DataOutcome
On-device trips, calendars, labels, settingsDeleted by you when you remove them or uninstall the app.
Cloud backup (your own iCloud / Google Drive)Deleted by you from your cloud account; we have no access to it.
RevenueCat purchase profile (pseudonymous ID + subscription history)Deleted on request.
Firebase Crashlytics diagnostics (if you opted in)Deleted on request; collection stops as soon as you opt out.
Purchase / transaction records held by Google Play (and Apple)Kept by the store as merchant of record, for tax, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations. We cannot delete these; they are retained per the store's own policies.
We action verified deletion requests within 30 days. If you have never signed in and cannot provide a Support ID or order number, we may be unable to link a request to identifiable data we hold — in that case your data is either only on your device / in your own cloud (which you can delete directly) or held pseudonymously by our providers with no way for us to identify it as yours.
